Good morning all,
please can someone (from HP even?) explain to me why regular reminders are sent to link my printer to the Wi-Fi network?
The printer is linked permanently (blue light shining) and on the very few occasions that I need a print, it delivers immediately; so WHY these reminders?
Another thing while I am here: is there a way to simplify the access procedures to this forum and to the HP site in general?
25 minutes and counting so far just to send this message?

Please, please, PLEASE!!! is there an EASY way to enter the site, the forum, any answers at all?
I have just spent a further 20 minutes requesting new pass-word and ID because the originals were not recognised (despite being written down in front of me!).
The links provided by Ronaldo work so far and then the system shuts down: this far and NO FURTHER!
I don't know what other sites like EPSON are like but quite honestly, HP is a torture to negotiate...
ANY advice on making life simpler and contact quicker will be gratefully received; thanks in anticipation!
