Sistema Operacional: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have acquired a HP Elitedesk 800 G3 this week and I am having trouble to connect two monitors on it.
There are two displayports and one HDMI port in the back of the desktop.
It has an integrated Intel® HD 630 (video) and its driver is up to date.
The OS is Windows 10 Pro.
What I have tried so far:
I connected the first monitor (DVI) at the HDMI port using a DVI->HDMI adaptor succesfully, the image is fine.
Then I connected the second monitor (DVI) at the first displayport using a DVI->Displayport adaptor and tried to redetect the monitors through the UHD Intel control panel, but with no success. This second monitor just is not detected! The same happens trying to redetect through Windows control panel.
This process was repeated to the second displayport but the situation is the same.
Both monitors are fine since I was using them until now plugged in a desktop of a different manufacturer.
The adaptors are all brand new, I have just bought them.
Even after restarting the system several times nothing changes.
Does some option has to be enabled in BIOS to get it working?
