Trocar AMD Mobility Radeon HD 4200s por AMD Radeon HD 6310

PC notebook HP G42-275BR
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tenho dois notebooks um possui uma placa de vídeo AMD Radeon 6310 (a qual parece ser ligeiramente superior a AMD Mobility Radeon HD 4200 do meu segundo notebook), gostaria de saber se posso substituir uma pela outra no meu notebook.
