escaner

[nofunciona]

abro a central de soluções e vou escanear,se desenvolve normal a te quando abre a janela da figura digitalizada

aprece este aviso abixo e logo pede para reinstalar o programa ou reiniciar o PC, tenho tudo atualizado

tambem acontece em outros computadores, estou muito insatisfeito . . .

Realize as seguintes etapas para tentar corrigir o erro:

Execute o Print and Scan Doctor para tentar corrigir o erro.

Se persistir, teste reinstalar o driver e software:

1. Desinstale a impressora por completo. (no caso de ter sido instalado, não instalado passe para a próxima etapa).
2. Execute o Ccleaner para fazer uma limpeza nos registros. (Faça o download de um site de sua confiança).
3. Desative temporariamente o antivírus e o Firewall do Windows e tente instalar novamente usando o driver do site HP: Download. 

Para instalação USB, utilize um cabo USB 2.0 High Speed padrão A/B. Este cabo 2.0 High Speed tem uma velocidade de transmissão dos dados mais rápido que um cabo USB 2.0 e garante melhor conexão entre o computador e a impressora.
