Problemas com software HP

EStou com um problema com o software HP Photo Creations.

tenho um all an one  com Windows 7

Já  utilizei esse programa várias vezes, porém agora quando mando iniciar aparece a mensagem abaixo.

Tentei fazer Update, mas não está disponivel.

Desinstalei o programa, desativei o antivirus, reiniciei e reintalei. Sem sucesso, continua aparecendo a mesma mensagem.

Tentei entrar como administrador e solicitar versoes anteriores e não consegui.

preciso do programa e não sei o que fazer.
