Installation stopped - Error

Hi,

I need set up a lab to cisco collaboration.and have a lab home.

Can't finish installation of VMware ESXi 5.1.0 in HP Proliant DL365 G1 (2x Dual-Core AMD Opteron (tm) Processor 2214HE and 16 GB Memory.

I turned on the server> to access the ILO 2 to set up remote access to the server> try the USB unsuccessfully> Try the DVD has completed the first part of extraction of files.

In second part of installation the system exhibit this message: 

I found these links, but I didn't undertand...because I have access only CLI of ILO

This server is not supported to version VMware ESXi 5.1.0

Dl385 is supported to versions : ESXi 4.0 / ESXi 4.0 U1 / ESXi 4.0 U2 /ESX 4.0 / ESX 4.0 U1 /ESX 4.0 U2/ESX 4.0 U3
