No signed device drivers were found. Trouble root installing Windows.

I did the stupid mistake of wiping out my disk when installing ubuntu. Now I've been trying to install windows again on my laptop, because linux doesn't support some core features of ENVY x360 (Touchscreen, Stylus Pen, Fingerprint Sensor, etc.) and when I boot a windows usb flash boot I always get the following error:

No signed device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK.

Since I can boot windows I figure the problem isn't in the windows image I have and definitely in the missing drivers I lost when the disk got wiped clean. Laptop is still with warranty. The laptop obviously already came with Windows 11 installed when I got it.

The perfect scenario would be getting fully rid of Ubuntu and installing only windows 10 or 11 (any will do, since I can always upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11)
