HP Victus Laptop With RTX3060 BOD with video dxgkrnl fatal error and horrible battery life

Has said in the title, i've bought the HP Victus laptop with the RTX 3060 and its been a really stressing experience to make everything work.

For context i have this laptop for around 4 months, almost for a whole month lost in WIFI connection problems just to find alot of articles talking about how the WIFI Board in this laptop is not good, but besides that everything working fine-ish.

Since last month, after some hours of gaming i've started to get the Bluescreen with the error above, the pc just freezes and restarts, after restarting the nvidia gpu is not detected so i have to manually shut the laptop off which is not usable at this point.

This issue started one day when i just logged into FFXIV and after around 1 minute of gameplay the pc just died.

I've updated the drivers, uninstalled the drivers, checked the event log for more information about the problem, ran all the hardware testing and basically everything found online.

Not only that but straight out of the box the capacity of the PC to be running without being connected to his charger is MAX 2 hours which is extremly horrible for a laptop (not even talking about gaming, just doing the normal browser research).

This has been extremly bad since i need this laptop for university and school work but at this point this is really stressfull and unbearable.

Its still in warranty and in a brand new condition without any damage.
