Hi Matthew,

 

This message doesn't have any details in the text to explain what the customers request is.  Is there any more info from his original post. 

 

By chance do you have acess to the customers email address?  This will tell us which HP Sales Region the customer is located.

Original post before it had to be edited per Guideline violations:

 

I have send notice to HP on the subject and waiting for HP reply before filing the case in Consumer Court.

If anybody facing the same problem can contact me on email- smrai001@gmail.com  so that cases can be clubbed together for speedy disposal and claim.
