Hi, after reading more than 37 forum threads, I could test and discover a solution for the Bluetooth Mouse Freezing problem affecting ALL users with Bluetooth mouse, it´s not a software problem, it´s a Windows Wifi Features that BLOCKS Bluetooth Communication, cyclic, freezing the mouse..
My Notebook is a Spectre 13.3", 4k Oled, 16GB and 1TB SSD, my Bluetooth mouse is a HP X4000b.
The Source of the problem: This Wifi Option:
Global BG scan blocking
By default, the Wi-Fi adapter will perform periodic scan for other available Access Points (AP). Disabling this behavior can be helpful when using application software that is sensitive to brief interruptions in network connectivity.
Always: Will not perform periodic scans for other available APs.
Never (default): Will perform periodic scans for other available APs.
On Good RSSI: Will only perform periodic scans for other available APs when the current AP’s signal strength is low.
Note It is not recommended to change this setting for users who are mobile throughout the day.
I have set this option from NEVER to Always,... now my Bluetooth mouse is working flawlessly.
To set this option, you must go to the Wifi adapter settings, this Wifi setting AFFECTS directly the BLUETTOOTH communication.
